In 1999, New York-based artist David Ellis invited a group of artists from New York and Tokyo to paint murals on aging tobacco barns, farming equipment and tractor trailers in David's hometown of Cameron, North Carolina, a tiny farming community. Coined “the Barnstormers” by the locals.
I came across the "Barnstormers" online, and noticed they had a number of murals in the town we now live in. So two days ago the boys and i headed out to search for them. Here are some of the images from that day.
I went there and saw these. Are there other ones in Cameron besides the one in that intersection?
